Refund & Cancelation Policy

Thank you for choosing Post Script Strategies for Coaches, LLC and AnzaGoodbar.com.

We are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, education, and resources for authors, coaches, and entrepreneurs. Because our programs and products involve digital content, intellectual property, and reserved time, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policies.
 

Please read carefully before making a purchase.
 

1. Digital Products (Immediate Access Items)

Includes:

  • PDFs, guides, templates

  • Lead magnets, checklists

  • Online trainings

  • Digital courses

  • Notion systems or dashboards

  • Canva templates

  • Downloadable toolkits


All digital product sales are final.

No refunds will be issued due to the instant access and irrevocable nature of digital content.
 

2. Coaching, Consulting, and Strategy Sessions

A. One-on-One Sessions & Strategy Calls

  • All coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are forfeited.
     

B. Ongoing Coaching Programs (Monthly or Multi-Month)

Because these programs involve content delivery, mentorship, and reserved calendar space:

  • Refunds are not offered for coaching programs.

  • If you choose to discontinue, you may cancel future monthly payments (if applicable), but previous payments will not be refunded.

  • If on a commitment-based contract (90 days, 6 months, etc.), the full fee remains due regardless of participation.
     

3. Group Programs, Masterminds, and Live Workshops

Due to limited spots, planning logistics, and immediate access to materials:

  • All group program payments are non-refundable.

  • If a payment plan is chosen, all installments must be completed.

  • Credits may be offered at the company’s discretion but are not guaranteed.
     

4. Events, Retreats, and In-Person Experiences

We invest in venues, materials, planning, and staffing long before the event date. Therefore, the following applies:
 

Retreats / Live Events (In-Person):

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made 90+ days before the event: eligible for 50% credit toward a future event.

  • Cancellations made within 90 days of the event: no refund or credit available.

  • Tickets may be transferred to another attendee with written notice and approval.
     

Workshops (Virtual or In-Person):

  • Full payments or deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cannot attend a virtual workshop, a replay (if offered) will be provided.
     

5. Payment Plans & Failed Payments

If you enter a payment plan:

  • You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

  • Missed payments may result in suspended access to materials, sessions, or groups.

  • After two failed charges, your account may be sent to collections.


6. Satisfaction Policy

While refunds are not offered, we want you to have the best possible experience.
If you have concerns, please email us within 7 days of purchase so we can support you.
